The guys were great yesterday, what a lovely crew you have working for you! All very polite and helpful, and not as noisy as we expected (our baby still managed her three naps!). The system is great, from what we can tell so far - my hubby is looking forward to playing with it on the weekend! We had no problem getting the little one off to bed last night, a nice change from the past few weeks as her bedroom faces West and on average it's been 27 degrees in there of an evening - last night it was a lovely 22 degrees 🙂 Thank you for everything, and for being so patient. Bring on summer!

Dear Scott, and Bobi and team, Thanks for all your care. Including the follow up. I was recommended Thompson cooling by friends, and I was impressed with the service from quotation to post-install follow-up. The team was courteous and professional, and even cleaned up after themselves! The follow-up care re post-install fine-tuning has also been excellent. I will be recommending Scott and the team to friends, and anyone else interested in airconditioning services.

Hello Scott, I wish to inform you about the recently installed Ducted Air Conditioning installation into our home. As notified, the crew arrived promptly at 6.00am to commence the installation at our home.
Justin, the man in charge, Lazarus, Caleb & young Tyler, were nothing short of competent, in their approach & completion of the whole project. Everyone had his part to do & they did it well. We were extremely comfortable, with their approach, attitude & easy to liaise with.
Without question, a good bunch of men.These guys certainly did "Thompson Cooling" proud. The truth be told about your men - very rarely do home owners come across service as good as demonstrated by your crew. We have come across some sad service recently.
We look forward to the follow up/after-sale service from Thompson Cooling. I will certainly pass the word around.Many thanks from immensely satisfied customers.
