After getting the run around from two other air conditioner companies on the Gold Coast. In which I was told on both occasions that I would need to get my unit replaced. Not believing what I was told From the other company’s, I decided to get one last opinion. I called Thompson cooling and they were able to find the cause of the fault and repair it. Within hours of the initial call.
I would definitely recommend using Thompson cooling for all air conditioning requirements as they are prompt, cost effective and offer good old fashion honest service.

Had Clement and Josh out to repair my multi head system and could not be happier with the way they looked after me. I was prepared for an expensive bill but they found that they didn’t need to replace as many parts as first thought and have saved me some money. Some companies out there would just fit everything and charge accordingly. Excellent value for money and just great people to do business with. A big thanks to Dennis in the office also.

Tairi serviced chemically cleaned our Air Con and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided us. He was on time , courteous and pleasant the whole time. He cleaned up after himself and we were so impressed with this young man and wish him all the best. Will definitely recommend Thompson Cooling to anyone.

Not only did the guys installing our split system aircon do an excellent job in a difficult site, but it was a joy to be around them while they were working. Ray, Clement and Tai worked so well together, with lots of pleases and thank yous and respect shown to each other. Thanks guys! And thank you Scott Thompson for the care you took looking at the site and planning the best way to deal with it. Turning up personally to brief the guys on the first morning was above and beyond what could be expected. You and Matt Buchan, the installation boss, obviously set the tone for an effective, efficient, and harmonious business. Thank you everyone at Thompson Cooling. We'll be back to use you again! Highly recommend Thompson Cooling for any air conditioning needs. Did a wonderful job for my mum. Cleman was well presented and very respectful. Very rare to get jolly technicians but Thompson Cooling does have some brilliant technicians that can fulfil your demands.
